Can't rate service because he never showed... to be fair, I did call 15 minutes after the agreed schedule time and he seemed to have no memory of the appointment even though we spoke a week earlier, when he had his weekends messed up and checked in because of the rain. Then he had to reschedule because of the rain, he got lucky I guess. I doubt he would have even remembered he agreed to the appt date and time had I not called. He just seemed super out of it when I called to confirm the appt. Ended up finding someone else.

I made an appt a week and a half in advance for this past Friday morning at 9am. When I made the appt I got an email saying someone would reach out shortly to get my info and confirm the details of the wash. The 1st red flag was that a week had passed and no one called...so I called them 3 days before my appt. When I called I advised I hadn’t received a call yet so I wanted to confirm my appt was still good. I was told he usually doesn’t call until closer to the appt day…I thought that was kind of weird as 3 days before is pretty darn close to the appt day, but it was not the end of the world so I didn’t fuss about it. The night before my appt James texts me asking if he can come earlier than scheduled. I said yes and we agreed on an 8am appt instead. At 7:59am on the day of the appt he texts me saying he needs to reschedule bc he had equipment failure. I found it odd that 1) he didn’t realize his equipment wasn’t working the night before or anytime prior to my appt time, and 2) he waited until the very last minute to let me know he wouldn’t show up as he should have already been on his way to my house well before 7:59am - that was the 2nd red flag. I decided to still go with his c

I'm so happy with my service! My SUV was wrecked with dog hair ... Like so so much embedded in the carpet and rear "trunk". It now looks and smells so good. I don't know how he got all of it out in just a few hours. James was very chill and easy to work with, came to my house next day to get it done after we had a phone call. I'd highly recommend anyone to support this young man's growing business

James was amazing! He was a great communicator, on time, and detailed oriented. He did an amazing job on our car and I HIGHLY recommend him and his company!

James did a great job detailing all 3 cars I own which are Kia k5 2024, a 2016 ford fusion, and a 2004 Toyota solara. Exterior and interior. All for a fair price! I definitely will be calling back for touch ups and the guy is easy going and easy to talk too. (Pictures were taken during the cleaning not after he was finished)
